Founded in 2024, Grumble was born from a simple idea: what if customer complaints could be a source of growth rather than frustration? Our founder, Jahanvi Meghnathi, experienced firsthand the challenges of managing customer feedback while working at a major retail chain.
After seeing countless customers leave dissatisfied and employees burned out from handling complaints, Jahanvi envisioned a better system—one that would make the process transparent, efficient, and actionable for both businesses and their customers.
